Driving Strategy, Co-Creation, and Stakeholder Engagement
WHITE leads the strategic design of AfroGrow’s multi-actor approach, identifying key challenges and objectives that shape the project’s direction. With strong expertise in social research, gender equity, and stakeholder engagement, the organisation develops a gender-responsive plan to guide Living Lab activities and supports the establishment of regional Multi-Actor Platforms for solution-driven knowledge exchange. WHITE also leads the co-creation process across the project and designs awareness-raising actions to engage local communities and promote inclusive agroforestry practices.
